Welcome to Tydes Research. By purchasing from our website, you (“Customer,” “You”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Legal Disclaimer

• Registration for the website is required. The customer is not obligated to purchase. This is not a paid membership service.
• All products sold by Tydes Research are in powder (lyophilized) form and require reconstitution with a suitable diluent for research purposes only.
• Research supplies (e.g., syringes, bacteriostatic water) are not included. No dosing instructions are provided.
• We adhere to all local and state laws around Research Only Chemical sales. We are not a pharmacy, nor do we promote or provide any advice for human or animal consumption.
• Not for human consumption, drug use, medical use, or veterinary use.
• Products are not FDA-approved and should not be misbranded, repackaged, or resold for use outside of research.
• FDA Statement: Tydes Research LLC is a chemical supplier. Tydes Research LLC is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Tydes Research LLC is not an outsourcing facility as defined under 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Eligibility & KYC Compliance

• Customers must be 21 years of age or older to register and purchase.
• A Know Your Customer (KYC) registration form must be completed before order fulfillment.
• Tydes Research reserves the right to request additional documentation (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address, or business verification).
• We may deny or cancel orders if KYC requirements are not satisfied.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customer affirms that they are qualified to handle research peptides safely and legally.
• Customer assumes all liability for improper use, handling, storage, or resale.
• Customer agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding possession, purchase, and research of peptides.

4. Ordering & Fulfillment

• Returns will be accepted within a 30 day period from the date of purchase.
• Packages that fail to arrive within 7 business days will be reshipped at the discretion of Tydes Research, and only after the shipping company has been contacted and claim has been filed.
• Items damaged in shipment will be replaced. A picture may be required.
• Shipping times are estimates only; delays may occur beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer without explanation.

5. Risk & Liability

• Customer acknowledges inherent risks in handling research peptides.
• Tydes Research shall not be held liable for damages, injuries, or legal consequences arising from the use, misuse, or resale of products.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content, product descriptions, and branding belong to Tydes Research and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

• Tydes Research reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
