Shipping and Returns Information
We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
- A flat-rate $15 shipping and handling fee applies to all orders.
- Orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Service whenever possible. Customers are not charged any additional fees for this expedited shipping method. Fed Ex does not guarantee 2 day delivery. Please allow up to seven days.
- Please note that FedEx 2-Day Service does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Orders shipping to O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM (Noon EST) may not ship until the following business day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day and typically will not arrive until Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest.
Temperature Protection
Our products are packaged in thermal envelopes designed to help maintain temperature stability during transit. While shipping conditions can vary, our packaging helps protect products from normal temperature fluctuations.
Additionally, peptides are stable at temperatures up to 120°F (49°C) during transit, providing an added margin of protection during shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Customers may receive a full refund or exchange for eligible items returned within the 30-day return period.
- Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- For safety and quality assurance reasons, reconstituted, opened, used, or otherwise altered products are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be made within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
Cancellations will only be honored if the package has not shipped.
